A growing company with good career & skills development
The good thingsGood company for entry level - good office environment, supportive colleagues, freedom in the workplace. With the right 'wanting to learn' attitude & an open mind, junior employees should be able to learn & gain various skills.
The challengesSince it is a new & young company, most work are done manually with documentations & without proper system-based solutions. Employees are expected to put in 200% effort & at times, may be required to attend on weekends.

A place with good team but poor management.
The good thingsOffice environment, working colleagues, team work and freedom if you are in staff level is good here.
The challengesNo JD or proper job scope given. You are expected to be all rounder. You leave on time and you are considered as having less works to do despite the fact that work is super overloaded. Stress is not with the work.. A place without a proper system, all manual. stress is with the manager who is not able to manage the team and dept in right way.
