    The good thingsGood place to work as a first job.
    The challengesLess employee engagement and opportunities for advancement. The good company should allow their employees to make mistakes, figure things out, to get good at things, and solve problems without breaking their spirit and drive. Also the great company should encouraging their employees to stretch their skills and their capabilities. Must trust the employees!

    BENEFIT, CAREER GROWTH, FAIR AND EQUAL TREATMENT
    The good thingsStaff is friendly, some lawyers are okay, some are quite difficult.
    The challengesIf you're non-lawyer, they treat you like you are non-human. With little increment and benefit, they expect you to work like a dog. Really not recommending you guys to come here.

    The good thingsThe dispute resolution unit I'm in is very welcoming and friendly- there are lots of teamwork and helping one another out in difficult times. You'd feel like you're working with friends. The partners leading my unit are very approachable and caring and go out of their way to help you. There's a dragonboat team and plenty of events too- it's a Skrinee lifestyle!
    The challengesThe pay is average at best. Our charge out rates are also notoriously low (compared to other large law firms), making it difficult to get high collections which affects our targets which determines our bonuses. Therefore, our bonuses are ultimately dependent on how much fees the client pays the firm, and not how much work and effort you put in.
