Great learning experience with plenty of guidance and work environmentThe good thingsEmployer provides sufficient and adequate training for tasks appointed. Work environment is pleasant with various co-workers to assist with difficult tasks. Task given will be able to make you think independently and work accordingly, having prioritize certain task over others, rather than just following instructions and doing something without thinking. And indeed the boss is very nice.
The challengesOne challenge working for the company is that the company is new and is still figuring itself in the local market, many changes are being introduced into the company. Sudden changes are made and could slow down the business process, or at least the back end of it.
