A demoralizing experience where good people are drained by a system that refuses to value them.
The good thingsI had the pleasure of working with some genuinely kind, supportive, and skilled colleagues. The camaraderie within the team helped me get through difficult days. Despite the toxic environment, many employees still gave their best to ensure quality deliverables and help one another.
The challengesThe company suffers from extremely toxic leadership. Management refuses to listen or act on feedback, even when resignation rates are high and critical talent is lost. Employees are often gaslighted with vague, performative questions during reviews, without receiving real support or direction. New hires are expected to perform instantly without proper handovers, and good work often goes unacknowledged. The culture prioritizes control and optics over substance, leading to burnout and emotional exhaustion.

A great starting point for freshers to begin with their career and a harmonious workplace..
The good thingsA great workplace for those who are willing to learn to further enhance their skill sets. Many opportunities are given to employees who are willing to improve themselves through different area. In addition, this company promotes harmonious work environment which further benefits the performance and productivity of the employees. Furthermore, employees in this company are very supportive and helpful especially towards new joiners at all times. Lastly, there are rarely any sort of micromanagement in this company which is a good thing. So long as one's performance is kept up on par, all is good.
The challengesThe company should step out of their comfort zone and look more into developing new models/solutions which are able to keep up to the current trend of technology in this era (i.e. cybersecurity, data science, IoT,...). Furthermore, company should emphasize more on the power of social media marketing (i.e. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) by creating ad campaigns to generate great awareness out there and hopefully, leads as well. In addition, it would be amazing to keep the company's social media platforms updated to the latest with consistency at all times. Lastly, management needs to emphasize on the importance of mutual agreement in terms of decision making before conveying instructions to the employees to avoid commotion between team members.

Recommended place to start off with people who are active
The good thingsIf you are an active person and willing to learn, the friendly colleague around you in this company are willing to share and teach help you in your job as they have years of experience in their job to improve oneself in a good working environment.
The challengesSometimes when the project scope is too big where the department has only a handful of people is only assign to handle them, where sometimes multiple project came in will affect the manpower/resources/time needed to finish the job.

Beneficial for those who are active
The good thingsThe company is good for fresh grads who are active/ know how to take the initiative to benefit from those around them. There are many people with 10+years of experience, who are happy to teach and guide if you ask them to.
The challengesAlthough they say they are moving to cater for the younger gen, they have showed slow progress. There are some who are unable to guide although they are in a leading position. Some members are talking about moving forward with the environment, but do nothing to help with the progress.
