The good things-Friendly colleagues
- opportunity to learn
The challenges- Poor management.
- Bosses always empty promise to staff
- Lack of fairness. Bosses not treating all department equally and always side with marketing and RnD department.
- unstable product and not willing to improve the product stability but keep develop new product.
