One of the beneficial place to do internship here.
The good thingsI have been given opportunity to work in few other departments that is related to my course as they want me to learn and gain much experience as I could during my internship. Apart from that everyone here are welcoming and helpful which makes it easy for me to communicate that gives a positive working environment. I would highly recommend my friends to do their internship here and also seek a job here.
The challengesAs an intern it requires me to help other departments and initially it was difficult to manage time but throughout my internship period I manage to be good in time management.

GREAT PLACE TO LEARN NEW THINGS IN EDUCATION INDUSTRY
The good thingsI've worked at SMART College for two years, and I am so grateful I was hired. Working at SMART College has been a great experience. I've been on great teams and managed by some of the best directors I've ever had. This culture is so positive, caring, and so many people have gone out of their way to help me. The company truly cares about your career and where you want to go. They also have taken a proactive approach at educating employees on how to be masters within their current role and also given the ability to expand our knowledge in other roles. Other than that, the company also provides a monthly appreciation & bonus for your hard work.
The challengesTime management is important to complete your tasks. Create a daily "to do" or goals list. Breaking down your tasks will make them seem more manageable, keep you organized, and help you to be more productive and efficient. If you are still having difficulty managing your workload, ask a coworker for advice, or speak with your supervisor to prioritize your work

    Awesome
The good thingsWorking environment are very convenience and the facility provided are good. Multitask job exposure really help to develop interpersonal sets of skill needed. Cooperation and teamwork among all colleagues really awesome and helpfull.
The challengesThe work environment are very good but there are a lot of multitask job given. Sometimes an adhoc task given last minute gives us short time to settle all tasks. Also the overtime job are not payable eventhough we have to settle job during weekend.

Dynamic learning environment give new learning skills in job progress
The good thingsStaff get opportunity to expose their skills, idea, and teamwork skills by conducting every activity and task given by board of director. All staff is friendly and help each other to make sure that every task must be achieve based on company vision. Hope that this relationship will help organization become more success in the future.
The challengesThe multitasking skills is very important for this company because the less of staff make you do a lot of work that not focusing on your job scope but its give you the new learning experience.

    Great Development personally and professionally
The good thingsI am learning a lot at SMART College. They encourage me to do many things, and develop many areas which I was initially weak in from organisational skills, prioritising and personal growth to supervisory skills set. I don't think I would have got this much opportunities to do these things in other companies.
The challengesDealing with people who have different approaches and different speeds of doing things.

    Great job
The good thingsWell,i have been given a chance to explore more based on my qualifications. The upper management level staff such as CEO goes down to help togather if there is a problem. This i find is very motivating where i could not find this at other places that i had worked before. Students are marvellous and willing to help out the staff when needed. Well a wonder ful place to work.
The challengesMostly all the company will have their own challenges which are not supposed to be revealed in public.
