    The challengesNeed to improve communication between project team and top management. Always receive unclear directions. Less benefit for staff. For staff confirmation sometimes will take up to 1 year.

    Futuristic and innovative company
    The good thingsThere's a lot of opportunities to learn new knowledge and experienced in manufacturing industry. The company is very eager to innovate new products and always move in a fast pace. The team work was impressive.
    The challengesManagement leadership somehow something I would disappointed with. Besides, there's not much benefits that can makes us motivated after few years working incl for foreign workers. You need to step up and be creative on how to solve any problem since you'll be on your own.

    AMAZING INNOVATIVE COMPANY
    The good things1). Owner/Chairman and Management Team are fantastic and extremely supportive of staff welfare, development, training, knowledge dissemination, professional development, etc. 2). Everyone has the opportunity to grow in this company, many from clerical and now, in senior manager / supervisory roles. 3). Management listens and willing to implement suggestions from staff. 4). Has the most new gloves launch in the market every year. Love the excitement of launching new gloves, with contagious explosion of demand by our customers for these new gloves. 5). The Chairman is the Head Chef who is hands-on in coming out with the new products.
    The challengesI’ve worked for several manufacturing companies and the banking industry, and ALL companies have their own challenges. Challenges in this company are mitigated by the Management’s willingness to hear, review and accept all good suggestions from all walks of staff ... from the foreign workers right up to Head of Departments. They want to HEAR what we say.

    The good thingsI enjoyed working here because all the staff respect each other. Especially my foreign staff which is very good in term follow my order and do the job as per requested without any argument. Sometimes I did listened to the suggestion that I think was brilliant.
    The challengesThe difficulty that I have faced in the company is the difficulty in communicate with the new foreign worker. It will be difficult in term to distribute the work to the worker. Therefore i need get assistance from other foreign worker to translate it to them.
