    Smart Tech Tank has really improved from before.
    The good things1) This company offers a lot of benefits which include free meals, staff activities every month, bonuses and etc. 2) Working environment is really nice due to young staffs. 3) HR and Admin departments are really excellent in taking care of staff welfare.
    The challenges1)A bit hard to find parking every morning.

    For beginner or desperately looking for a job
    The good thingsBest colleagues, the senior is very helpful and some of the boss are very nice.
    The challengesNo proper job description, if you didn't have any experience you might feel blank at the first, the boss assume you can do everything, stressful is low but sometimes the bosses make you feel so stress. This is just a start-up company less than 10 years. Please don't expect there's a bonus or company trip. No benefit at all except your salary.

    The challengesThe company is look like no direction, selfish, did not intend to hear staff problems, you also need to learn by yourself. No handover task properly, didn't get any overview of project properly. You just need to learn by your own. Don't expect much with management. They didn't care about staff welfare.
