    Not a bad company with great benefits. Career development not that great
    The good thingsGreat colleague and boss. Benefits are great + great bonus + have cny dinner
    The challengesThe salary payout. Let say if your salary payment is on 28th but on that day is weekend. Say goodbye to get the salary on that day. Just wait till monday then you get it. Annoyed with that

    The good thingsgood thing: general benefits, bonus, monthly, friendly employee, teamwork, 5working day, can carry forward alot annual leave, bad thing: there is no bad thing, only increment abit slow, some of the thing are not so transparent. all the director and general manager is very nice. engineering is very supportive
    The challengesthe most challenging is the amount of cctv places around the building. need to behave. lengluis are most welcome.

    Stepping stone to career pathway
    The good thingsGreat working colleagues from all department. Supportive technical team. Stock availability is above average. Management are supportive on certain situation. Work place is above average.
    The challengesThe problems faced are some time jobs are redundant, job scope and management system could use a little bit tweaks or adjustment. Should provide slightly higher benefits to staff such as upgrade on working tools for sales department.
