Although the training were limited and only executed at very minimum hours, but you'll get something huge and learn something new for the sake of your career path. Plus, the colleagues were friendly and you will not left alone to do your work, unless you create your own world at workplace. Facility is fair enough, there is canteen, vending machine, toilets, and even appropriate smoking area. For Non-Exec post, you will have Labor Union on your back, and a few activities will be carried out by this Union. This company practice corporate leadership, which is good for me to utilize my creative and critical thinking and the team also practice cross functional works. Overall, I'm recommending to those youngster seeking skills and knowledge improvement, this will be your right place.
