A place where Engineering finds its place.
The good thingsThe environment and working relationship within all spheres is excellent. A knowledge based firm where you can explore the experiences needed. You are given the space to learn and progress within your own limits. Career development is given priority for those who have the niche towards their vision and goal
The challengesThe challenges are that each individual is expected to be proactive towards fulfilling their job scope, goals and vision. Individuals need to persevere towards fulfilling their goals and vision by having meaningful conversations with the management. At times due to shortage of resources you may have to face the challenge of meeting the delivery all on your own.

    Great start for junior engineer
The good thingsGreat senior/ mentor and M&E team, space for private independent work and at the same time great teamwork for tender/projects preparation when needed. Great exposure on professional and overseas meeting/ work/ contractors.
The challengesFast paced at times, slow management, the segregation feeling between local and international staff and need to have deep interest in the work to make the working experience worth it.

Great experience with a lot of things to learn explore gain
The good thingsThey have many seniors who are willing to share with you their knowledge and experience, but only if you want to. They have library for engineers but if you love knowledge, you are most welcome to explore and read them-even i'm just a secretary, they welcome :) me most.
The challengesThe challenges are varied. It is up to you to take the challenge or to lay off, but it will be a waste because if you excel, you will get a chance to work overseas (through experience it happens).

    IT System Administrator
The good thingsIt was a good experience for me to work in consulting construction industry for a huge project. The environment here was more great than I expect. Most of the staffs are foreigners and it was good for me to know and mix up with them. Always there for them as a IT system Administrator to solve their IT related issues.
The challengesIf we think it is difficult then we should not work, we always must find some ways to resolve an issue. So for me everything that I'm learning here, I accept it as challenging just to increase my knowledge and skills in IT.

Good Carrer Prospect for Young Engineers
The good thingsThis company is being specialist in providing consultancy services for hydroelectric/power, damn, railways, highways and other mega projects in both local and overseas. Hence, it would be a good platform for young engineers to initiate their careers in this company to enhance their skill and knowledge in construction industry.
The challengesThe most challenging part in this field is to understand client's needs and satisfaction. Client's can be a personnel from private or government sectors who may have list of regulations and specifications to be complied. On the other hand, the design issue also can be a challenge for us as the available data on site is limited and unavailable as some areas is not accessible.
