MultitaskingThe good thingsAll the staff are giving me full support on my new role and without hesitation they're sharing all the relevant input so that I can manage my work. We always have the thoughts that what ever the problems that occur, always face it and never run from your problems.
The challengesAlways have to do multitasking. Before you can finish your work, the management will always ask you to do another. all the job load will always come in at the end of the day and it will always be urgent. Meetings all day. Work less but more meetings. no improvement in management side. Always bias in salary increment.
