    The good thingsVery medical/technical/anatomical. Colleagues are great and helpful. Great working, not so mundane and not routine-like.
    The challengesHospital can be abit intimidating when not handled well (you have to know what you are doing otherwise you'll be lost) Need to bring your A game all the time.

    Deal with Endoscopy and Arthroscopy Surgeon and need to attend surgery when needed
    The good thingsVery good incentive skim. Have a chance to travel and training overseas. Improving the knowledge about the product and always sending staff to improve marketing and selling skills.
    The challengesNeed to attend surgery cases every day and sometime back to back cases. lack of clinical support and rushing for other cases.

    The good thingsGreat working environment. Expose in dealings with multinational clients and management staff. Great for career development as skills and knowledge improvement trainings provide throughout the year. Great support from every management level in the company.
