    The good thingsThis company respects you ideas and respects all level of staffs and reward you accordingly. They trust their employee and provide constant training to develope their staffs skill and knowledge.
    The challengesThey give their staffs new assignments every 6 months once whereby these assignments are jobs that belongs to General manager's Level hence it is very challenging.
