The challenges- No appreciation on employee hard work but only pressuring -
Top management also not comply to standard set by themselves -
Most of the staff is driven to work until late night, lag of work life balancing -
Demotivated operation environment
- Business Development unit direct take full control of operation which most of the view of point is from Sales to control Operation.
- Frequently happen employee termination, ask to leave 24hours even is 1 month notice.

The challenges• Be a Head for improving and reducing on high rejection in-process quality and customer complaints at new product. Analysis and study on problem by using 4M concept reduce 98% from 100% of rejection which effected daily production output and delivery for new production.
