    A place where you can grow your skills tremendously
    The good thingsIf you like challenges and sense of accomplishment, then this is the place for you because you will learn a lot working in a fast pace industry and environment. Company that is growing rapidly and expanding to other countries. Company provide breakfast every Friday and there are alot of activities and event throughout the year where you get to bond with your team and colleagues
    The challengesChallenging when you dont meet the dateline. Processes still have alot of room for improvement.

    Great place to build character
    The good thingsOne of the advantages of working in SMX Global would be the privilege to gain valuable experience as you'll be exposed to various job tasks within your profession. As the company is at its growing stages, one is expected to fulfil more than required.
    The challengesDue to the nature of business (servicing FMCG organizations), one is expected to be in a "fast-paced" environment. Work may get hectic during peak seasons.

    Friendly Working Environment
    The good thingsI worked at the company as an intern yet they treat me like family. They are all about people. Bosses care about their employees a lot. They celebrates all employees birthday, every month and you would hardly want to take leave on Friday because Friday morning is a free-breakfast day and you get to mingle and chat around until 10.30am. Definitely my dream employer!!
    The challengesif you're grumpy, you're not suited for the company. Spreading happiness is their forte!

    The good thingsPeople here are so lovely! There care about each other's feeling and the greatest thing is all of them show high willingness to teach juniors on anything that you do not understand. The boss is very nice and positive person, it has been my pleasure to enter this company and work with them. SMX Global celebrate many fun activities because they want to spread the fun to everyone! And every Friday, there will be a Friday Pride Day, and you will be given delicious breakfast for free! Seriously, I like the working environment and everyone in SMX so much.

    Best Working Environment
    The good thingsMy boss is a superwoman, giving us a best training and good advice to complete a job, best guidance, best opportunity, fast track, good salary, fast increment in months or year, good listener, best place to work and gain more experience and also learning a lot, it was really amazing work with warehouse department.
    The challengesMost challenging is i am appointed to take care of warehouse so there was daily operation running so must keep all track is meet the requirements and targets for delivering on time, monitor speed of employee, daily warehouse KPI's report to boss, Best part is learning picking and packing at production.
