    The challengesThe company should follow its own guideline & standards. The management need to be more professional in making important decision. The workflow need to be improve with better standards. Last but not least, please applied the Technical Standard in accordance with BEM's.

    Challenges
    The good thingsThe management allow engineers to explore himself in handling project and willing to give young engineer chance to grow with the company. Working environment is great, most of the Engineers close to each others and seniors are willing to help. Company also provide software training from time to time. Besides, company willing to reward Engineers who work hard for the project.
    The challengesEngineers are required to handle few projects at the same time, the work load is high and most of the clients are very demanding. Independently working alone is required.

    The good thingsThe learning experience is the company is superb. If you are willing to devote yourself to the company. You can definitely learn a lot. Great working environment. Everyone is willing to teach and guide if you're facing trouble.
    The challengesToo much work load for a fresh grad engineer. Fresh grad would not be able to have time to learn with such heavy workload. The salary is not high compare to similar role at other company.

    The good thingsThe environment here is good, the bosses are willing to teach and willing to pay to the employee. The company will have event on and off. The employee will have good exposure in construction field, and we are entrust with power to decide.
    The challengesWork load is very high, employee have to strike a balance in work and work smart to get things done in the given time frame.
