    The good thingsThe employer will provide solutions to employees on aging debtors exceeding 90 days to call them immediately and revert via email. From this lesson, we will be able to understand other employees from operations will be keep posted.
    The challengesEven the company is all prioritised for Chinese and fewer other races, the company could take up improvement on the communication between the employees and subordinates. This could help to improve understanding to work together as a team.
