The work environment is toxic due to poor management, favoritism, and double standards. Changes are imposed without discussion, and remote workers are treated unfairly, assumed to have "flexible" schedules while being overworked. Meetings are scheduled outside work hours with no OT pay, and complaints are dismissed as “toxic.” Leadership gaslights employees who leave instead of addressing real issues. Training responsibilities are unfairly shifted to staff, while management stays in their comfort zone. Schedules and AL are manipulated out of spite, and strict rules only apply to non-favored employees. Sick leave is frowned upon, and unpaid OT is expected. Instead of professionalism, management plays power games, making this a highly stressful workplace. The only benefit is shift-swapping, but even that is restricted unfairly. If you value fairness, work-life balance, and respect, this is not the place for you. Avoid this company for your well-being.The good thingsOpportunity to gain experience in the industry. Some colleagues were supportive cause we shared the same trauma. The only perk is WFH.
