Amazing, great for work experience where you would like to learn as well as have fun all along completing work expectations.

The work environment is toxic due to poor management, favoritism, and double standards. Changes are imposed without discussion, and remote workers are treated unfairly, assumed to have "flexible" schedules while being overworked. Meetings are scheduled outside work hours with no OT pay, and complaints are dismissed as “toxic.” Leadership gaslights employees who leave instead of addressing real issues. Training responsibilities are unfairly shifted to staff, while management stays in their comfort zone. Schedules and AL are manipulated out of spite, and strict rules only apply to non-favored employees. Sick leave is frowned upon, and unpaid OT is expected. Instead of professionalism, management plays power games, making this a highly stressful workplace. The only benefit is shift-swapping, but even that is restricted unfairly. If you value fairness, work-life balance, and respect, this is not the place for you. Avoid this company for your well-being.
The good thingsOpportunity to gain experience in the industry. Some colleagues were supportive cause we shared the same trauma. The only perk is WFH.
The challengesToxic work environment with poor management, favoritism, and double standards. Unpaid OT is expected, meetings held outside work hours, and remote workers are treated unfairly. Leadership manipulates schedules, gaslights employees, and shifts responsibilities. Unprofessional and demotivating. Avoid.

    A good google-like company
The good thingsYou will have a quite high allowance for as an intern. Also, they have a good working environment.
The challengesYou have to have a strong will as it is still a small company and they're growing.

High exposure and opportunity for fresh graduate
The good thingsAlways pay salary on time, company outing, millenial culture, very good location, professional work approach, and great bosses.
The challengesOnce in a while, there will be time where you need more crew to work on a current critical project. Additional team members in team just improve both efficiency and productivity in work.
