    The good thingsTrading House have lots of products, thus we can learn from dealing with different customers. Decisions are fast because involve not many level ( simpler compare to MNC)
    The challengesIf there is standard SOP will be better. No training/motivational managers in company. Sometimes as manager, we lost the direction & motivation.
