I strongly urge experienced project managers to stay far away from this company. The organisational structure is a chaotic disaster — completely unsuitable for anyone with real project management expertise. There’s an absence of direction, leadership, or even basic understanding of how structured workflows should operate. Asana is misused beyond reason. Every insignificant task is tracked obsessively, and if something as small as a checklist item is late, employees are shamed, blamed, and even asked to pay out of pocket. This practice is unethical and degrading. Instead of fostering productivity and ownership, management breeds fear, micromanagement, and confusion. There is zero support, no clarity, no prioritisation — just endless task-chasing in a toxic environment. Feedback is ignored, professional standards are non-existent, and morale is crushed daily. If you value your skills, sanity, and self-worth, avoid this place at all costs. It’s not a workplace; it’s a nightmare.
The good thingsThe fried banana under the office and the bakery at the end of the building
The challengesAvoid this company if you are experienced in project management. They micromanage with their own flawed project plan. The structure is chaotic, with poor leadership and misuse of Asana. Even small overdue tasks lead to blame, and employees are asked to pay. No support, no growth, just stress.

Nothing fast here, only bad planning(s)
The good thingsInvolved in big projects you can brag to your friends and family
The challengesThe overall office culture is terrifying, no new staff onboarding, no mentorship, no SOP, no KPI, you are floating without direction, without anything to measure your progress and how you grow. And there is nothing done by management to improve the issues. 1) Poor quality of project communication - can be improved by having daily townhall to update everyone on project progress and future planning. 2) Lack of sense of responsibility and sense of ownership - you will be shocked on how active is the blaming game are 3) No mileage allowance, no insurance, very little benefit. 4) Lack of trust in leadership towards the staff and their work. 5) Absence of transparency.

Working long hours, negative office politics & critically bad management.
The good thingsThe top management always do discussions together for brainstorming on any projects.
The challengesNot related job scopes given, too many politics going on between the management and staff, working long hours until late night, and definitely no life and work life balance even on the weekends.

The good thingsNew projects, different tasks, always on your toes, fast paced. New experiences and lessons. Great place to learn loads.
The challengesBut too fast paced sometimes, you get burned out. Work-life balance tends to tip more to the work side. Not enough down time for recuperation.
