    Poor Management leads to poor career development.
    The good thingsBoss is nice and talkative. Salary is punctual.
    The challengesPerks is not as good as other company. No extra allowance like toll, fuel, housing etc. Poor HR Management that can leads to staff unhappiness.

    Old style bosses that still think 2022 is same as in 2010.
    The good thingsSalary is on date. Bonus 1 month salary at the end of year.
