    Lot of cutting edge tech and opportunity to learn.
    The good things1. Salary above market rate. 2. Easy movement within Rn-internal project change 3. Lot of opportunity to learn, management really encourages to learn new tech, lot of hackathon like events and invention happens throughout the year. 4. No micromanagement. Company really does not believe in that as long you are delivering quality and aware about your responsibilities. 5. Among very few companies which pay bonuses over the limit to deserving candidates. 6. Only meritocracy. As the hiring policy is very strict, general workforce is way above average and constant flow of new ideas, electrifying intellects waves around.
    The challenges1. Sometimes it is seen that decisions are HQ eccentric, but it differs from project to project. 2. Promotion,if considered as role change, does not happen frequently. It takes a lot to prove yourself among other deserving candidates to go for next level. That does not mean hindrance to personal growth in knowledge and skills. That totally depends on individual's interest.
