    This company, being a producer of wellheads, provides an excellent environment for learning as a design engineer.
    The good thingsIt is a very good place to learn more about computer-aided design (CAD). I also managed to learn some Excel knowledge.
    The challengesbunch of work, which required excellent time management skills.

    Engineering and factory are working together under one roof
    The good thingsFree and easy to move around and getting to know people. Surrounded with friendly and helpful people. Easy to get technical information and guideline. Lot of staff or family activities at the end of the year
    The challengesNo flexible working hour. We have to come to the office at 8.00am sharp but we have to stay back for long hours after office hour. Too many bosses giving the orders to the engineers. There is no system for operation and service flow chart. Engineers didn't expose to the cost of equipment hence they cannot design properly according to the spec.
