    A great starting place for fresh graduates
    The good thingsA great starting exposure to the working world for fresh graduates. Freshies will get to involve in not only engineering related work but also the usage of integrated software & a pinch of what it`s like to be a sales engineer. The nature of the job for a field engineer allows us to learn the ever endless valuable skills
    The challengesWorking environment is risky. It is commonly at elevated, high temperature heights & also in tight spaces. So if you`re an office person or does not feel comfortable working in a semi-challenging environment then this isin`t the place for you.

    Good place for freshie
    The good thingsFor manufacturing process main in stainless steel, this is from the basic to highest level can learn here. Very good for fresh graduate who like to enjoy manufacturing environment.
    The challengesNo specialist in the factory. Everybody is just average Joe with minimum knowledge. Need to do research and referring to outside specialist with minimum payment as the setback, normal as SME company environment.
