    The good thingshelpfully company save cost and have great and good communication with people and enjoy with them.lead time control must be improve because sometime cannot achieve customer requirement lead time. worker have good attendance and skill.
    The challengesFirst i has no experience with purchasing on this position,the challenges is how to control the lead time and the budget price comparing with margins.and must to learn calculate the selling price between with material.and also depend on which company must have different target of the budget below 20%
