    Good company to work with
    The good thingsDuring MCO, the company has not terminate or retrench any person and try to secure everyone's job even though of low sales. Another good thing is, the Company provide 13th month bonus.
    The challengesSome of the employees here not very supportive, has to establish rapport to get their support.

    POOR MANAGEMENT AND HOD
    The good thingsThis company good for those who don't have any work experience / fresh graduate to apply, but not suitable for experience/skillful and educated people.
    The challengesReceived a lot of pressure from Management and too many politics in there. Very traditional company and people in there mostly have old mindset, which they cannot accept any new cultures and policies. Salary also too low with no increment and no benefits. HOD always pressure staff to OT, if give a reasons then he will not accept your reasons.
