    No Project Team. No teamwork. Poor management
    The good thingsPersonal growth in project management as you will handle everything start to end. You will know how to properly do your paperwork and documentation.
    The challengesProject will be handle by 1 person without office team cooperation & need to handle subcon arrangement with client meeting as well. Never had proper project team neither no office team support.
