    The good thingsFriendly college and work-life balance.
    The challengesStrictly focus on your job scope as per guide by senior. Repeated mistake will make you down and that's a point your not in the right job. Also low salary increment.

    The good thingsGood management, good benefit such have insurance group, medical, toll claim, full pantry. Got so friendly boss as well as other staff even with the senior. Sometimes boss will treat for food and give bonus. Job scope have the time table and each department have the personal incharge so not to worry to cover. Got monthly meeting for each department with the boss which is very accurate time to face to face.
    The challengesOnly need to manage cashflow before deadline. Otherwise, all is good as far as I know.
