    The good thingsThe work environment is dynamic, and there are great opportunities to learn and grow. The company values innovation, and teamwork is encouraged.
    The challengesAt times, workload can be overwhelming due to tight deadlines and high expectations. Communication between departments could be improved for smoother operations. Some processes need better streamlining to enhance efficiency.

    The good thingsI learn from Mr Cheong, he is the machine maker he always asked what different Mechanical designer between Machine designer? which i would like to be? Machine designer is a creator, Mechanical design is a task...Appreciated Mr Cheong teach me a lot now i'm full time designer of sololabeller
    The challengesThe company have set their goals, it need all staff united heart to achieve it...seen is going to improve, do more team building and send staff to seminar

    The challengesvery low salary as engineer due to boss look down on uni student. Bad management structure due to every decision made by boss. 6 full working days per week and boss expect you to OT everyday even Sat.

    Not for fresh grad to start their job
    The good thingsFriendly environment to learn, but need to be fast at catching up
    The challengesThe management still needs improvement. They expect you a fresh grad to stay till night, to do rnd works like experienced guy. Everything depends on bos, no engineering based. Low pay for 6 days full day to night working.

    The good thingsI recomment this company because the stuff are very friendly. Other, then that there are also good place for learning machinery skill and comunication in an industry. Hope this company can lead me to another standard
    The challengesThe are few challege for this company is the customer machine. It will give a huge challenge to designer, and production line. But so far they are able to solve all the customer machine. I can said here, company has been mature.

    Good surrounding to gain experience
    The good thingsLearn to use design with another design software which is Autodesk Inventor. Since in University I only learn to use a Solidwork, but during an internship at Solo Labeller I manage to design many mechanical parts by using Autodesk Inventor and it is very interesting to polish my design skills there.
    The challengesWorking an internship where I have to design many parts and at the same time need to update fabricated various machine parts at the workshop for assemblymen.
