    The good thingsBest teamwork! People are friendly. It will be a good start for your career. You will gain experiences and knowledge from the seniors. Engineers here are amazing.
    The challengesEach day you will be busier. Manage your time wisely to not feel burdened. Ask the seniors if you arent sure about your task so everything will go well.

    Good working environment with friendly engineer
    The good thingsAble to work together with multi-discipline of engineers such as chemical, mechanical, electrical and R&D engineer. This had enhanced my engineering knowledge and attracted me to work in company with multi-discipline. I enjoy learning from different people.
    The challengesHad a lot of job to do and need to have good time management to handle the job. Thanks to this, my time management had improved a lot and always able to submit my work within the deadline. This is important to me for my coming career

    # setup wise and cooland, get zero point by egdfinder, making sure tolerence under controls by callibration to drawing. final step go to inspections for results.

    Average for an internship placement
    The good thingsCan be a good starting platform because there are things to learn. Can really learn new things when handling a project.The colleagues are friendly and it is not causing much stress. As long as you manage the time well, OT is not necessary in the company.
    The challengesThe mileage claim for intern is lesser than that of the official staff, but there is quite a lot of travelling for item collection or so on, therefore not really enough to cover compared to what we spent. Besides, if there is not much project going on, the learning opportunity will be lessen by a lot. The job will be repetitive in that case.

    The good thingsIndependent working environment. less stress with employer. As for fresh graduate, the work itself provide a learning platform.
    The challenges1.There is a time that the work load is too much and limited man power. 2. Not too much travel if you looking for a travelling job. 3. The overall automation engineer at solution experience is only 3 year, thus not much knowledge sharing you can get from your colleague.
