    The good thingsVery strict regarding safety, supportive colleague, good quality system, bonus up to 3 months.
    The challengesLack of benefit and perks for executive level such as medical claim and allowances. 3 months notice of resignation and HR will hold last payout salary until tax clearance which took up to 60 days.

    The good thingsstarting with assistant and get opportunity promote as admin executive . learn many things and be a multitasking.

    The good thingsBonus is good (+/- 3 month) plus have 13th month salary bonus.. Every celebration have small dinner.. yearly have birthday gift and snack..
    The challengesNeed to cope with stressful high volume high speed production.. production line are continuous, any machine break the whole line stop.. any quality issue the whole lot put on-hold.

    Before join no have ISO after we done iso all
    The good thingsits a very good bos for that company always give first place to workers and office staff.Buy new facilitys for all departement.Can make suggestion anytime can discuss anything about work.Always be a good leader to all staff
    The challengesbuy new machines,appoint new it teams,need separate all waste cotton room can create one first heat team or bomba team,can inprof some more machine operators,now using banbbury 150ton machine if can in future can buy one or two injection moulding ,machine.

    The good thingsgood management level,salary commensurate with your experienced and quite challenge for women candidates cause you have compete with foreign workers..and can get twice bonus per year..
    The challengesfor women worker like me it is very challenging cause you need to compete with nepal workers..need to learn fast about plastic and paper that factory process into machine and make it as pouching packing..
