    Overworked with limited resources and manpower
    The good thingsWith the lack of manpower and resources, new employee get the chances to stand up to perform higher level jobs that requires more brainstorming instead of doing repetitive evaluations
    The challengesCompany with a classic culture of bosses not letting employee leave work at time. Beside, the departments are actively pushing responsible away to other departments, causing some of the departments overworked while some others are just relaxing

    The good thingsEnhance working skills in analyzing and handling various daily issue with customer & suppliers. Good to enhance your communication & self confidence. Supportive and friendly team member. Good place to gain knowledge as they provide training to the new members.
    The challengesSame daily basis work routine. A bit hectic during peak season good sales to push supplies to meet customer demand. Need to always alert about incoming cargo and ensure parts arrived on time as per schedule.
