    Its all about music!!!
    The good thingsEveryone is friendly. The bosses are caring. Everyone is like a family.
    The challengesA little boring, too much protocols that are overlapping and slowing down jobs.

    The good thingsCan enjoy music while working. Casual working environment. Friendly collegues. Good system. Benefits of going to concerts and perhaps meeting singers once in a while.
    The challengesThe industry is on down trend due to piracy in early years and now to downloading. Reporting still necessary but manpower cannot be increased. Infact decreasing is required to sustain profitability.
