    This review is for the branch located in Puchong, not Penang.
    The good thingsThe office is perfectly air conditioned during the hot weather, certain employees are friendly and easy to talk to, parking are abundant in the building, and the company aims to practice a family-friendly work environment type of vibe.
    The challenges1) The supervisor. This individual must learn how to communicate effectively, be accountable, and manage team members of other departments with care and respect. 2) Management. Their methods of handling HR-related issues and claims can be disappointing. 3) Salary. Whichever Engineering background you come from, do not expect the salary you deserve as a fresh graduate engineer. 4) False hope. When at work, you may not receive what was agreed upon during the interview, so be mindful. Conclusion, work here at your own risk, be alert of your surroundings, and don't be surprise if you feel unsatisfied working here.

    Everything is nice to work on this company you only need to build up your skill and knowledge, experience. But for working for long term not recommended because of this company management is very bad on handling their employee.
    The good thingsBased on my experienced working for almost 6 years at this company is you can have a lot of experience and knowledge, build up your skill and having a good friends.
    The challengesChallenges is you as a technician not only working on troubleshoot machine and also not only to keep the machine in healthy but you need to dealing with engineer and planner if they need help and also need to make them understand where is wrong and where is right.
