Place to learn with a good supervision
The good thingsI was assigned as Production Engineer which my supervisor is a Production Engineer that have a lot of knowledge and experience about the production engineering field. There are a lot of thing that I learn about the production planning and the of the company process that making me to understand well on how the manufacturing company plays their role to serve their customers.
The challengesMost of the process is produced by human forces. As usual human are not so consistent and sometimes they are used to make a defect. Sometimes the operator forgot to follow the details SOP in making the product.
