    Family Oriented Company
    The good things- Steep learning curve for fresh graduates - Flexible working phase - Direct supervision from Managing Director - Everyone have the right to voice out their ideas/opinions during meeting - Low stress working environment
    The challenges- Management system is not standardized - Lack of competency in management staff - Job scope is not well revised - Most engineer are young and less experienced - Communication barrier with Korean supervisor - Slow progress in carrier development

    Not very good
    The good thingsLunch provided. Experinces for fresh and a good starter.
    The challengesNo increment. All level are same, Engineers have to do the operators’ work and same with the operators too. No bonus. Lack of managing and management always used power to scare workers.
