The good things- Well established SME company that produce electrical cable from scratch until finish good. The company have wide variety if machine to accommodate the different type of cables such as LV, MV and CV cable.
The challenges- Even though the company is well established , the system is not . Everything still use manual like paper this paper that and documentation, filling or even the organization work flow itself is still in pitiful state.
