    Horrible management
    The good thingsThe company has potential to grow much further if the current management style change.
    The challengesManagement practices only consider benefits for the company while disregarding any for staff. Keep implementing new rules as if we are in school. Currently some colleagues who has been servicing for long periods of time has resigned due to unsatisfied with the current management. Even most colleagues when asked if provided other chances surely will choose to leave the company even with lower salaries. Totally unrecommended.

    A nightmare
    The good things1. The relationship amongst colleagues were good. 2. No office politics.
    The challenges1. You were assured outstation works would only be a day or two, to collect cheques. The one or two days became 2 weeks when you were required to cover the entire Northern region. 2. The orders that I manage to get back were slowly processed. Took more than a month to deliver to my customers whereas customers belonging to my boss were speedily delivered within days.
