    A good place to learn and gain experience, but not ideal for long-term growth. Management is not always fair, with different treatment given to staff based on levels or office locations.
    The good thingsThe company offers many perks: annual dinners, local/overseas trips, free products, Hari Raya open houses, sports activities, bonuses, and incentives. Colleagues are friendly, but it's best to stay professional. Ideal for fresh grads to learn, grow, and gain valuable experience.
    The challengesCompany takes a conservative stance—no remote/flexi work. Perks exist, but salary/bonus increments often mirror past years, tied to KPIs. Promotions are rare despite performance. HR is outdated, staff feedback mostly ignored. Extra KPI projects add work, and long-timers may earn less than new hires.

    The good thingsExposure - staffs are practically trained to very be hands on and challenged to explore new ways of driving the business forward. We have to crack our heads to make things happen. Compared with many MNCs, the opportunity to gain exposure and experience in tackling different business issues is great. However, it takes a person with good attitude, enthusiasm and learning orientation to fit in.
    The challengesChange of Top Management team. Took too long to stabilise and hence, the company direction becomes unclear and it puts increasing frustration onto staffs
