Suitable for people that firm with their decision
The good thingsIt is under HLMG, many new reports can be learned.
The challengesThis company really needs to take care of good employees by hearing their voices. I'm already reportedly the misused of power in my department but she/he still there and the action taken towards she/he really soft and she/he not even changed.

A bad experience and a not so great working place
The good thingsColleague was great even the operation staff was the best when it comes to cooperation.
The challengesManager's here need to attend classes on how to be a great manager, most of them act as bosses but not leader's, a bad experience for me when handling work given by manager that only know how to give instruction but not doing their work right, and surely they like to blame their staff for any mistake that comes from a not-so-clear instruction from themselves.

The challengesThe company under group. Too many audit.too many stock take. Heavy duty work. Store &logistic under 1 dept. Only 1 manpower to settle 600 store items. Export delivery almost everyday. Ad hoc local delivery. U have to settle all these with only 1 forklift.

    Not really a good experience
    The good thingsFriends and co-worker
The challengesManagement issue, manager not professional, not enough staff and still not hiring, even though they have 5s system, they only will do that when the management come to visit. And that pretty useless.

    A platform to perform
The good thingsPeople here are very friendly and generous about knowledge sharing. As long as you stay humble and willing to learn, then most of the senior here are willing to teach you, guide you. This company has a good 5s. In fact, they rate 3.28 score in 2018, is the highest amongst Southern Steel group. So you can imagine how systematic is this company.
The challengesThis company is in a TPM transformation, therefore you will find a lot of interesting project here. Very challenging and yet that is all you need for a career progression.

Worked here during my internship program back in year 2013
The good thingsNice and friendly working environment, Great 5S, Beautiful office layout. I have a good superior and great teams. Learned alot from them. Would come back again if have a chance.
The challengesWell, Im just working here as an internship. So what i can summarize about my experience is anywhere we go, stress will have. Its the matter of how much effort you put to do in your job. First, you have to love your job. Once you do. You will have no problem handling it.
