    The good thingsIt is a very challenging job as the top management level will never bother what have you did but they are very result and profit oriented. Therefore, who ever taking up this position has to be very innovative, self-motivated, able to work alone. The special requirement would be you must be able to communicate with the management and also the student (client).
    The challengesIn order to take up this post, you must be possess positive thinking and extremely self-motivated. Due to the final decision makes is always the top management, whatever suggestion that could help the company reduce their cost and increase profit will be taken into consideration or else you can just remain silent.
