The challengesManagers expect employees to do multiple scope of work while giving minimum salary. Some manager love to find fault of the employees and not even to think on how to provide a solution. Managers also love to have a meeting after working hours.

NO WORK LIFE BALANCE
The good thingsStarting salary is high.
The challengesDon't expect work life balance as your manager himself work from 7am-8pm everyday. Working hours 9am-6pm, if u reach at 830am leave at 630pm he will says that you are not passion in your job.

The challengesDoes not taking good care of worker welfare. Too much politics. Certain Project Manager love to find fault for no reason. No commission, No OT, no tranportation allowances

it was a good experience to joined this such of company that are doing architecture and interior design in a construction field
The good thingsI've enjoyed the working environment and a good colleague. Other than that , these company have a good sports committee that are doing an event in a monthly basis
