    Not recommended for fresh graduates. If you seek a relaxed, low-pressure job or are simply waiting for retirement, then this place is for you.
    The good thingsGreat colleagues (depending on the department you join) and the ability to leave on time every day.
    The challengesChallenges with some colleagues arise as they may be unwilling to cooperate, believing their seniority always puts them in the right. If you are a decision-maker who enjoys work challenges, this place might not be suitable for you.

    The good thingsOffice politic issue is low , colleague are mostly helpful , flexible working environment
    The challengesMay need to handle multiple project due to shortage of manpower. Depend on how you look at it as it is a good chance to let you learn and gain more experience, the bad is you will not get multiple salary

    The good thingsEveryone giving good advice for you to move forward. Keep being positive. the job a bit overwhelming at first but the senior is there to help. Just keep asking and they keep teaching.

    The good thingsThe working environment is very good. All staffs and engineers are very pleasant. They help us to know detail about the life working for engineer in the company.
    The challengesThere are a lot of things need to be learned. The duration of 3 months is not enough for me to handle the engineers' jobs very well.

    Challenging but enjoyable internship experience
    The good thingsMy supervisor gave me real tasks and have trust in me. Instead of just practice learning, I've been involved in accomplishing several tasks within scope of SHE Dept. The working environment is also enjoyable and lively.
    The challengesSHE role in the company have not been taken seriously in terms of safety and environmental aspect. There should be an ethics, in which when one thing have been highlighted by any safety representative, other workers should noticed and followed. Well, i count this as a challenge during my intern days. For environmental aspect, the manager and SHE team could resolve on a cheap but promising way to dispose scheduled wastes if they intended to.
