    The challengesManagement don't share important information with staff. Extreme difficulty when negotiating pay rises. Support is often dictated by office politics and who's friends with who.

    I've been part of the operations team for over two years, and it's been a genuinely rewarding experience. The company culture is fast-paced but supportive, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and collaboration. Leadership is approachable and open to new ideas, which makes you feel like your voice actually matters. There’s a real sense of teamwork across departments, and I’ve had opportunities to work on projects outside my core responsibilities, which has helped me grow professionally. What I appreciate most is the trust the company places in its people — if you show initiative and deliver results, you're given more responsibility and room to grow. Overall, it's a great environment for anyone who’s motivated, solution-oriented, and wants to be part of a team that’s driving positive change.

    The good thingsThe team were great, made some great friends there. The national team were really supportive.
    The challengesCould be a bit hectic and customers got upset at shortages even when they were holding so much linen and not using it.

    The good thingsWonderful work environment, flexibility, career progression. Management is very supportive; they are constantly encouraging me to be the best version of myself. The way different departments support each other to achieve goals is amazing! I can say I actually enjoy coming to work every day!!

    Centrelink is a better option than working here.

    The challengesTop heavy management and never any positive feedback. Out dated and old machinery/equipment that would break down all the time. HR useless and no communication from head office when issues come up. Sales always blaming production to customers as easier option.
