    The good thingsThe teachers in this school is really friendly and helpful.
    The challengesNo standardized procedure regarding the management. Even the syllabus for Physical Education subject. There is no standardized physical education syllabus.

    Definitely a great experience
    The good thingsWe have very good leaders that can guide you even if you are new. Wonderful bonding between colleagues, students and administrative staff which contributes to why i had a hard time leaving as i consider them as my second family! You will love the bonding and it will somehow help your daily work routine
    The challengesThe challenges were having had to work with certain people who has hidden agendas. High turn over staff could explain why. If they could remove certain people from the organization, i'm pretty sure the company will have stability and consistency in moving towards better development. I really hope to see some changes anytime soon.
