The good thingsThere are a platform to learn about laboratory testing related to environmental analysis and health safety chemical testing. There are also an opportunities to learn how to do reporting based on regulation related to Department of Environment & Department of Safety Health Malaysia.
The challengesThe challenges of this job are you have to face the urgency. Due to wide of job scope that you have to learn, you have to know how to manage your time and also be a fast learner. Also due to lots of equipment, you have to cope how to operate it to ensure all testing going smoothly.

Good Place to Start your career
The good thingsEmployer very understand your situation and always give motivation support to the subordinate. If you are capable enough its the good place to gain your experienced because there are many instrumentation that can give you opportunities to learn many things. The friendly environment among the colleagues also very good.
The challengesYou have to be fast learner person because you need to master all the testing in limited time and it will give benefit to yourself in probation period. In Spectrum you will tested many sample everyday, you have to manage your time properly.
