From PA to Head of Operations, SOL shaped my growth every step of the way.
The good thingsSOL is actually the longest company I have stayed with, and the reason I keep staying is simple — the growth here is real. I have learned so much along the way, been given chances to take on bigger roles, and the management trusts us to get things done without micromanaging. That kind of trust means a lot. The people here are also great to work with, everyone pitches in and looks out for each other. It really feels like a team, not just colleagues. SOL has become like a second family to me, somewhere I genuinely care about, not just a place I clock in and out of.
The challengesThings can move pretty fast here. We need to stay flexible and be open to changes, because things will shift and evolve along the way. we need to trust the process as all these little changes are actually helping us grow and improve every day, and each one is moving us closer to the next level.

The good thingsI’ve enjoyed working with different types of people in one place were majority of them are kind and friendly.
The challengesI don’t have much to say about difficulties and challenges as I don’t encounter any such, moreover any small issues, now and then it can be settled.

Working at SOL has been an incredible journey, filled with opportunities for professional development, collaboration with talented colleagues, and meaningful contributions to our shared mission.
The good thingsFrom day one, I've felt welcomed and valued by the team. Everyone's so supportive and friendly,
The challengesOne of the significant challenges I encountered was adapting and implementing a new system i.e paperless culture. It required us to pivot quickly and think outside the box. Despite the initial hurdles, our team rose to the occasion. Together, we brainstormed innovative solutions and collaborated effectively to address the issue.
