    Not recommended for who are focusing on work life balance.
    The good thingsColleague are friendly and willing to help each others. This company is transforming to new management system now.
    The challengesThis company is currently facing the situation of workforce shortage and technical issue. Most of the worker who are working at office are needed to work overtime without pay. No work life balance most of time. No much benefit is provided. Management system is new and it should be improved as well. And also, the working environment for operators is hot.
