    Amazing colleagues and working environment
The good thingsColleagues are mostly friendly and helpful, and easier to get along. Besides, the working environment is quite pleasant. Pressure given was moderate and not too intimidating.
The challengesChallenges mainly started from the migration process itself, whereby, proper planning of migrating new functional areas need to be developed properly to avoid difficulties and frustration afterwards. In addition, staff performance measurement and rewards need to start immediately to avoid fast turnover of staffs.

    Jul 2015
3 to 4 years in the role, former employee
    Sales Account Management Executive
The good thingsThe salary date is nice, working location is centralized, and able to work with colleagues from other countries. Besides that, you learn how to work with different timezone customers. Other than your own job scope, you manage to do more things and expand your knowledge.
The challengesThe benefits to colleagues are very limited. They doesn't cover a lot of coverage like other companies, career development wise is also limited as the bonus and salary increment is very less. Internal promotion seems impossible although you're performing.
